ALL RETURNS WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT—no exceptions!

 

All orders must be returned within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, your return is ineligible.

 

All items must be return to us with tags attached with no stains, unwashed and unworn for your return to be eligible

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

We do have a list of items that are final sale items that are ineligible for returns!

 

•JEWELRY/ACCESSORIES—Earrings, Bracelets, Necklaces, Swig Items, Sunglasses, Cards, Freshies, Candles, Etc

 

•SALE ITEMS— Items purchased during sales or use a 25% or more discount

 

•BRALETTES

 

•PRE ORDERS—Items are ordered specifically for you, any pre order items are final sale

 

 

SHIPPING RETURNS

 

You are responsible for return shipping, Shop Hal Boutique does not provide return labels or refund return label shipping costs

 

•You must include your order’s packing slip received with your return for it to be an eligible return

 

•Return labels must be post marked with eligible tracking within 10 days receiving your order for it to be an eligible return.

 

•If your return isn’t post marked within the 10 days, your return will be ineligible and you will be responsible for return shipping to you.

 

•Please email shophalandco@gmail.com with your order number, item being returned and your name and we will send you the return address
